It was about 21 m away at the trail junction. I'm 100% sure I placed it correctly at 7 am, but two hours in Golden Gate Park is a very long time. The Middle prestarters and all of Stage Two runners had it wrong, and when Stage Two finishers told me, someone went and moved it so it was in the right place for most of the Middle runners, but not for all.
