Seems like you hadn't done a lot of running lately, so had some catching up to do. The next meet you'll probably be stronger.
Quite a bit of hiking lately but not much running and a lot less cycling than last year. It shows! My large errors added lots of distance an climb, especially on Middle Course.
This weekend involves 5K courses, less climb, but slow & hard to read vegetation. From the course notes, seems that relocation was 'easy' last weekend compared to US Champs. Premium will mainly be on accuracy.
