Thanks. I may have been too vehement, but the quality of the article was well below my expectations for a publication like the WSJ. The argument itself might have merit - that simply hasn't been demonstrated by the data they presented. As I said in the thread, I think there are probably hidden variables that may account for the apparent trend.
