Seriously, RICE (especially R), then for the next event tape or get some ankle braces, or get on a wobble board 10x a day. :-)
hahah I have rolled it pretty much every event - just not to the extent I did on saturday pretty sure i was hitting <90 degrees> or thereabouts haha.
yeah been ricing - wobble board would not be pleasant atm... maybe I should do it haha.
