Glad the shortness of breath didn't last too long and only happened at the end....I was worried for you.
Can you imagine how much wheezing you will be doing when we finish an expedition race? :))))
Oh Myka. Give her a chance to saviour this one. Great job.
Congratulations!! We were watching your GPS track extra closely since we really wanted to see you cross the finish line. You not only did that - you finished ahead of 10 other teams! After so many years of dedicated AR volunteering, it has been awesome to see you all racing. I look forward to the day when MooPoint joins the 24-hr club too!
WandAR, no time for break...I have to hammer the iron while it's still hot (a Polish proverb) :)
Bash, I definately felt yours and others' positive energy out there, picturing our team a tiny dot on your screen, knowing we were being watched and kept safe:)
You did it! So great to see you reached your goal. sorry to miss you coming through, I was passed out in the parking lot!
Myka, I know exactly what you mean. It gives me a lot of energy and confidence knowing that people are watching my GPS track, and they care whether I'm OK.
I must say... I was glued to your GPS track as you took that imaginative route between CP5 and CP6. I was getting worried!
Myka, that is the best comment ever! Great report Eco and huge congrats on persevering right to the line!
So happy for you! Are you hooked? :)
Thanks all!! I still have a huge grin on my face :). Yes I would do it again! But Myka, don't start...I am good for a while, will cheer you on at an Ultra or something :))
