Discussion: how would you do 300's w 20...

how would you do 300's w 200 rest on an outdoor track (that is just over 400m around). might try some of these in the next few days...or maybe just stick to 400's...

Easiest is to start each one at the 1500m start line (top of back straight) and run to finish, then time recovery to get back to 1500m (only 100m direct however you can jog in circles). Otherwise most 400m tracks have clear markings at each 100m: ie start line, 1500 start, 200m start and 100m stagger at top of home straight.
300s are less taxing than 400s but still work VO2 max system, so worth trying them.

thanks for the timely reply! my track is something like 409 m but i think i can work something out based on what you outlined. yes, will be an interesting distance to try.
