I saw you two in the open area in the first few minutes, but never after that. I got to the start line with a minute to spare, so didn't have time to say hi. Turned out to be a good day out there once the rain stopped.

So lucky with the weather! I just saw your name in the results list. Too bad we missed each other, would have been fun to say hi. I appreciated the beer at the finish but not in this weather.

I saw the beer, but it did not seem appetizing at the time (I've had some since though 8-). I thought they said there would be coffee, but I did not see any. I started talking with an old friend after I got done running, and by the time we were done I was cold and had to get to the car, so maybe I just missed the coffee. Either way, it turned out to be a good outing.

Coffee was handed out at the food truck, I talked to the guy and he's a Belgian! Olivier, runs the Bikery cafe (restaurant?) and bike shop in Stillwater and he won the Go Green run! I had my coffee earlier in the day and had a beer instead and then I got cold, really cold and departed ...

The Belgians are everywhere! It sounds like we should convince Olivier to orienteer. It would be nice to have someone come to our events with beer and food.

Now there's a thought :-) At Belgian O events there's always beer after the race. Good source of revenue for the clubs.

But the prudish and petty managers of the parks where we hold our events may not agree :-(
