This Thursday evening, there will be a free 2-hr Adventure Racing clinic for anyone interested in learning more. The topics are geared towards longer overnight events. Discussion topics will include: Training, Nutrition, Sleep Strategies, Gear, Teamwork & Efficiency, Advanced and Night Navigation, and Skills Development.
The clinic will be led by Wilderness Traverse organizers and long-time adventure racers Bob Miller & Barb Campbell. Experienced racers willing to share their enthusiasm and advice with newcomers are always welcome. :) Bring lots of questions!
