Weight training is the only thing that helps me lose "weight." Except I don't actually lose "weight" because I gain muscle mass. Still, it makes me look a lot leaner and feel less flabby, and I think that's what you're getting at.

Cross Fit is bring a friend this week! It's not that far from Boston :S
