I noticed that your training is spotty at best. Don't fall into the same trap I fell in for many, many years that I always thought I will catch up my training sometimes in near future. Never happenned and next thing I knew I was 60# heavier then I wasn in my prime. I still had cardionvascular endurance and I heard comments from people - even from my own son - I cannot believe that you can run that much and that fast for a big guy. I did not see myself as a 'big guy" but when I looked at pictures from last years Sprint Series Finals I observed that I am a "big guy" compared to other runners... I have dropped 15# since but I still have many go to to be as competitive as I want to be.
