If you have tried to register and pay in the past day, Google Checkout temporarily stopped accepting payments for us. We hope to have the problem fixed today. You can still go ahead and register for the events without problem. If you are unable to pay online but want to do so, let us know and we will send you an electronic invoice once the payment system is back in operation.
