I had a very clean race and you still beat me by 9 minutes. We mostly did the same route choices, apart from your interesting one to 2. It is getting me motivated to build up speed after the season. Stephen suggested trying to train for and run in shorter road/track races. An interesting idea.
Yeah, we definitely should - running the Malden 5k was good fun! You were moving well today - we had lots of close splits. There is plenty of evidence of the success of your training. I'm curious how much time I lost on my route to 2; punching through the green was tricky and windy. It may have been wiser to detour to the wide open trail along the ridge.
