Discussion: Knee :(

Hope it pulls up OK tomorrow Jim. Been battling with a sore knee too, but doesn't hurt to run???? funny. Hurts to sit or walk or bend .... should just run everywhere I guess ;)

Mine not exactly the knee, its in the ligaments surrounding it, so hopefully wont be long now :)

See I think mine's just like tendons out of place or something !! Haha I have a habit of self diagnosing which means I just really wait for things to get better and assume they always will :) ' It'll be fine. I'll probably knock everything back in place running in the bush on the weekend ;)
