The "Walking" label was a mistake---I was actually trying to run.
I'm sure you both are right. I will add, though, that Sunday I drove 6-ish hours home, and then Monday I drove 6-ish hours to Tennessee. I'm sure that meant a lot less blood flow in my legs than typical, and I'm sure that made it worse.
Yes, definitely need to break up those post-race drives a little more.
