yup, guess they are mostly just leg lifts, but maybe will be extra hard if also try arms... TBD! can we call them SJJs, sideways jumping jacks is looong...

half starfish should totally be the name of the pose, or the open position, SJJ can be the movement itself. next ab session will attempt, or maybe alex did today even! they will totally make us ski-o faster =)
