Good stuff, who won?

I won, but was ready to pass out when it happened. Everyone else stopped doing whatever exercise they were on and were just staring at us and either cheering or laughing at our uncontrollable shaking. I think we went about 4 minutes. Doesn't sound too impressive, i know...

4min is unbeleivable, i struggle to last the normal 45sec!

Because I am no better than silly boys, I had to try it myself. After 1 min I decided that I there was no way I would last to 4 and called it a day. I'd say 4 is pretty impressive.

like Christina, I also had to try it myself and after 30 seconds I was starting to shake and also figured there was no way I was making it to 4 minutes. :) well done :)

Never tried to time myself before. I just easily made 4:10 in my cubicle (what my co-workers may think) :) After 6 years of serious yoga though :) The one have to breathe properly and relax - it is not entirely strength exercise!

Yoga should be part of your routine, cheers!

i just did 4:30. the hardest part was that my quads kept sorta cramping, and it's hard to do nothing for that long, i think it could be easier if i was reading something :). it looks like this post inspired 4 people, including me...how many more?

2:20, but I think I could have gone longer if I had clobbered my forearm and shoulder Sunday when I fell.
