Hey, Matthew. How does your GPS track know where the controls are on a race like this? It looks like it missed quite a few, eh?
No---It just shows miles or km depending on the settings at the top left part of the page. I'm planning to do a quickroute. I was being compulsive last night when I downloaded my track and logged it, but scanning the map was just too much.
Some of the tools, not Attackpoint's, register those pin flags on the map showing when the lap button was pushed. I always forget to press it (too used to SI).
I think I emailed Ken about this, and he wanted me to send him a gpx file with lap pushes. Which I never did. So I should get on that.
What I'm trying to figure out is why my GPS watch says 9.71 km, but the downloaded track and this map says 10.23 or 10.24km. I'm thinking the watch did some smoothing that reduced the distance?
