GuyO:
Could you please post all the Sprint results together, rather than each class being posted on a separate page?

BorisGr:
Guy, surely you have better things to complain about. All the splits by course are up on AP anyway.

GuyO:
Okay...

How about the M-60 who somehow got all the way to the start line, while registered as an F-60? I know about this because he reached for a green map at the same time I did. After much focus-killing confusion, he had to take a brown map.

Based on those sprint results forget about USA vs Canada men's relay next year at the NAOC. How about USA vs Ottawa?

Yeah, the Ottawa boys sure impressed at the sprint! And that's even without Robbie. We'll see how they do in the middle today.

Can Ottawa secede? It might be worth it.

Just to clarify, my foghorn was for the post that GuyO originally had up. But, for changing a post after it had already been responded to, another FOGHORN.

Wonderful venue, map and courses. Ample opportunities for confusion - some of which I took advanatage of.
Thanks CSU!!

Tricky woods in places for those not paying enough attention. :-) A good challenge. Good job CSU.

You can't compare US vs Canada. A certain group of the US Men were out of the loop due to prior engagements. They will be back in force

Canadian:
As were a certain group of Canadians Jordan :-) I guess we'll find out next fall.

The US Men were out of the loop from the US Champs?

@Cristina: My internet connection was very slow, and I did not see your response before I decided to edit my comment -- which I did because I felt it was too harsh. At 4am ET, I also did not think anyone would notice that it was changed.

BTW, I Wiki'd and JFG'd "FOGHORN" and came up with nothing worse than Brit slang for a loud person.

Finally, very much to the organizers' credit, the problems, to which I alluded in version 1 of that edited post, were fixed the very next day.

I don't think you'll find anything special for "foghorn" on the googles. Just envision the sound of a foghorn and why it might be used.

I have to agree that Canadians were impressive, especially with Anderson, Critchley, and Goeres missing. But the US has Smith and Laughlin up their sleeves, so next fall's showdown should be epic.
