Normally get to the narrows arund 5:30, maybe a smidge earlier if I get myself organised quicker. What time you thinking of heading down, I could be tempted to knock off half an hour earlier.

Yeah, 5 at the narrows would be good if you can knock off a bit earlier? I'm heading for Wellard, so we can break each other all the way to Rowley. :)

OK, 5 it is, I'll look out for you at the northern tip of my route, where the path from mounts bay hits the freeway at the bottom of the hill before going over the narrows.
