The book is not as secret as some people's training sites.
But, while I am working on the novel, I keep details to myself. It is all between my mind, my eyes and my fingers typing and revising it. Some people know it is 600 page manuscript, but this is about it.
Running is when I clear my mind and develop the next plot twist. The best writing happens, when there is no computer nearby, sometimes. The tone in the book is different from the running ruminations, even though some animals and boulders might be part of the story.

six hundred pages...that will be one really long reading in the posh New York bookstore ;-) I am glad you will have your own seat.
