Discussion: Posture thing

So since I seem to have initiated your new posture, may I elaborate.?
Advice I got when i was a kid from a collegiate runner friend of my Dad,
"lift your knees, run on your toes (really the balls of your feet), pump your arms."
Still good advice
To counteract the "swimmer" posture, focus on running from your pelvis area, that is where the strength comes from.
Other than keeping your arms moving forward and back, not across your body, everything above your waist should be as relaxed as possible.
