Any chance in doing me a favour over the next month or so? Can you have a look at my training log for the last say 3 months and give your opinion on what I've done and what I could be doing better /including. The aim has been to set up a base of training, get some consistency and avoid injury. Time is limited + i'm injury prone so running twice a day is not on the cards and neither is a set schedule as I need to train based on how I feel on the day. Running training for me needs to be optimised with a reason behnd each session. If everything goes to plan I'll run a few races this Autumn both orienteering/road and see where I'm at before what will hopefully be a good winters training and I'll be in form to kick bedovers ass at next years JK.
