Discussion: Needed: Female RTNX Teammate!

Team Climb4SMA needs to find a "good" female replacement and fast! Anyone interested...or know someone who is? Any help would be much appreciated.

You've found one of the toughest tasks in our sport - rounding out a team. Very rare to find a "good female" racer that will take a chance in doing an expedition race with people they haven't met. Same for experienced racers of any gender. I, in fact, know a woman interested in doing RtNX. But it has already been stated to me, that it must be a good team and I have to recommend them:-). That's the Catch 22.

I understand...can't say I wouldn't have the same hesitations if it were me on the flip side...

We are just in a bit of a pickle this late in the game.

FYI my wife Paulette Kirby talked with the Team and was pretty impressed with them. Had the timing for her been a little better she had no reservation racing with them. I hope somebody can>
