The decision is made - the weekend of training before the Team Trials will be at Pond Mountain, followed by the HVO meet at Saxon Woods. People are welcome to stay at Ali C's place in Poughkeepsie between the two.
On Saturday morning there will be some basic technique work, and in the afternoon we will run a middle race. There will then be a chasing start at Saxon Woods the next day, which Boris tells me is a cracking little area. There ma well be a further exercise after that if people are keen, plus collecting controls.
