Friday 29 April - note in my AP log:

"Last day of my L&F project.
Will go to TIOMILA over the weekend and officially "pig out" if I feel like it ;) "

PS. I did get a bunch of chocolate bars to munch on, several sandwiches for breakfast and had some french fries for lunch on the way home so I made it a day (or two...). All those were unthinkable a week ago. Weight still OK on Monday morning :)

Last week: 196
This week: 195
Goal: 190

Hey! This can't be the end. I haven't reached my goal yet, which I had planned for June 30. But I'm having a great time. Losing weight, and sliding back into pants I haven't worn for ten years is a lot of fun.

And food has taken a much less important role on my list of priorities. Thanks to a PG comment, I've begun to LIKE being hungry. From my standpoint, L&F has been an eye-opening, life-altering experience. I hope others agree, and will continue posting their status here, tho perhaps not so regularly.

OK - we´ll let you go on for another month or two then ;)

It looks like you´re making great progress which is nice to see!

L&F has certainly been a positive development for me. I reached a goal that I might otherwise not have had, or at least not have pursued. The other improvement in the last few months stems from a comment coach made, when he asked if I was getting enough sleep. Just the act of recording hours of sleep got me to get up to bed a little earlier and fight off getting up when I feel wide awake at 4am. The happy junction of these two things is that I do my worst nervous eating late at night and now I can sleep through it.

I am still hanging in there as well, and my bloat has returned back to 172, so I am again encouraged to have the 160s in my sights again. Perhaps by the BG.

Also happy to continue, given that I am now just under pre-accident weight, but I think considerably fitter, and actually sort of able to train sometimes without breaking.

I'm still on board, glad a few others are too.

Still trying; still between +5 and +6. Light lunch today.

L & F may be over for me, but my slightly healthier diet will not be going down the drain. I plan on keeping to some of my routines even after this is officially over since I´m beginning to appreciate them.

The final weeks have showed that there´s not much more weight to lose for me with a normal life - wirth extreme habits I may be able to change that slightly. Plan now however is to stay within reasonable reach of my goal weight - 75-76kg will be a decent level to be at.

I'm still in, though I've crept back up a couple pounds on the average, it doesn't appear to be in the suspect locations. And so far I've logged more running miles than any previous year in the 11 I've been on AP.
