good race report rob, and a fascinating read.
there's a guy down here in bournemouth called steve way (a bit of a hero of mine, look at his about page on his blog!), he ran well yesterday (5th brit) - you can see his race report here:

cheers Ben. I have been stalking Steve's page in my build up - really interesting to see how is has made the step up. Loved the fact that he got a blood test a few days out of the marathon because he was convinced he was ill (and then ran 2.19!). Amazing weight loss story too.
