Good effort with all this cross-training you're doing, especially the stuff in the gym. Its mental to think that some people actually go to the gym by choice and do cross-training/treadmill when they're not injured.
Do you use different machines in the same session because of boredom or because you want to use the leg muscles differently? and whats a floater?
A floater is the result of too much fibre, evidence that Rob enjoys a fair portion of all bran before he spins
Dids - a mix of avoiding boredom but also overuse niggles. Whilst really good I feel that over an hour and a half on the trainer in one go would be too much and maybe cause other imbalances injuries - you can't move around on it / change your position like you can say on a bike. The floater is officially called the Cardio Wave.

that natural limit ... 2hrs 10, would be the end of your glycogen stores.
This is good, they remain high.
Kitch - of course you are right. Funny but I did not really think about it at the time. I eat breakfast but the higher level elliptical stuff I did at the front end of the session must have ravaged by glycogen stores more than I thought
