We used the Magic Circle today. :-)
Since my class started out as a private session, my instructor asked me for requests, and -- because of my injured deltoid -- I said no down dogs and no planks. She complied, thankfully!
I love the magic circle (I never knew it was called that; my instructor calls it a ring)! I think it's my favorite Pilates tool, followed by ball and band.
Either I'm thinking like her or she's reading my mind lately about which tool to use in some classes lately. ;-) (today I realized it'd been a while since bands, and that's what she selected). Adjustments are always called for if you're injured. It's too bad so many of us are hurting right now.
