I have also been getting relief from rolling on a foam roller. Painful while I am doing it, but seems to be helping a little. I have been using it on my hamstring, glute and low and mid-back. Definitely an improvement.

Thanks Charlie. I was using a foam roller for a while but heard that in my case I should rather roll a tennisball across the muscle than a foam roller lengthwise.
