after reading your father's comments regarding your running style I decided that since I can't do any realistic woods training I should just work on the high kick technique while I'm running flat trails/roads. I think it's working already!
:) ha, my woods style also involves a lot of running into trees and tripping and falling... maybe you don't want to emulate my form completely...
I personally stray as far from it as possible. Except his craziness running down hills. That part is good.
