hip pain: what exercises you doing at the gym?
I've had a strange hip injury that is only painful after workouts, getting needles/pins stuck in it twice a week at the moment with electric pulses attached...seems to be doing the trick
not sure what it is that causes it - basically an aggravated hip flexor which is especially sore at sartorius?
In terms of exercises - do drills (with hip stretching), single leg box squats (light weight) and half squats (quite heavy).
I have had acupuncture in hip before which has eased it off. Hope your hip gets better soon.
Hip injuries are obviously the current vogue!
