what interval recovery you on for those 800m's?
Also read that article you posted the other week, its good, if you want to train your body to utilise your fat stores even more and reduce fatique let me know as I've got some even more extreme ideas for you to try....
The recovery was about 95 seconds (v slow 200m jog). Think this was about right.
Always open to new training ideas. Do tell.
