Hey Boris, I thought you were injured! You have just done more than four hours of running/orienteering (a large part of it high intensity) plus 1 hour Gympa in two days!
Yeah, i have felt pretty good this week (knock on wood!). Mainly, my foot hasn't been as extremely painful as it was during the weekend, so i've been excited to go out and train. Plus, i had no classes monday or tuesday. :) When are you going to start logging your training here, mata?
Well, I don't know if I should do that. I don't want to give Swedes a bad reputation...
I am just getting back to some more rational training after summer. This place is too hot for me!!! I agree with Spikes comments on his blog. You just survive summer without getting stronger. Then it feels great, when it gets cooler in autumn, but it is just an illusion.
Anyway I have bought a Garmin GPS now, so I can pace myself! I ran 1000 m-intervals on a flat road earlier this week at about 3:40 min each. Not too bad, but not very impressing either.
