That's nothing. It doesn't really count unless the non-phone-holding hand contains either a cigarette or an alcoholic beverage. (I've spotted the former in Clifton Hill, and the latter in Eaglehawk).

No cig, or beer, but couldn't give a dam. 1st in line at the lights, bold as brass, just texting away, occasional look up for the lights. When they went green, she missed them, and a P plater as well. I thought they would practise (not know) better

What about Segways - raced one off in Subiaco last night and the guy had a helmet even if it did look like a 80's Stack Hat
