Did you hit bad traffic? It was slow round Worcester for us (We picked Rob up from there at 2, hence our early exit) but not too bad really.

Yeah, it was really slow until the turn-off for I-84. Then I started falling asleep and had to stop for a bit...

Yeah, me too, made it as far as the Dunkin North of Wallingford and had to stop! The racing didn't feel too bad at the time but it clearly took it out of me, I'm still tired today!

Is this potential Wednesday run going to be easy? if so might use that as my recovery. I supposed I can always drop off the back if you guys go to fast.
