Focus on some slow speed technical stuff and worry about the race speed in a couple of weeks!

If you want to do any pairs sessions are anything when I get back from home, give me a shout!

=) Will do! Hope to get out on a map at least once midweek and then also on the weekends- will give a shout if I have time to come down to your neck of the woods after you're back- and- soooo much goodluck for the viva!! And have a blast at CJ's and Tim's wedding too!
