I picked up the controls Sat. during the day... all the controls before the canoe section. I feel sory that you had to hit some of them in the dark.
Three come to mind:
- The one on the featureles 350mx300m hilltop with neck high mountain laurel with no attack point was just unnecessary.
- another unnecesary one might have been your first - the burnt out mountain top. Talk about shrubs.
- Lastly there was one about 1/2 way up a mountain on a stream. Problem is that there were 3 streams up there.

where did you have problems?

The southern 3. - the stream, the flat top hill and the saddle. Also had trouble with"x". Very thick and we were wasting time.

Yes the southern 3 - the stream and saddle were fair in the daylight. Probably very tricky in the dark since the countours were very subtle. the flat-top was just ridiculous. Relocated twice, found a hunters stand and climbed up to it hoping to find it and I did not. Clearly he used a GPS to place it.

Were where at the base of X moutain at 7:40 PM and had heard about the green. Being that we had minimal lights (one of them would have been a bike tail light) . We skiped it and went out for beers in New Paltz instead.
