On the way home last night, I realized that I never even spoke to you at the finish. I was exhausted and not thinking very well. I was wondering if you ran and worked or just worked. Just got swept along after the race and didn't get to see you again. Thanks for helping. Nice job with the sprint in addition to the middle on Sat.

Mary Jo, I didn't run on Sunday, giving my knees a break before next weekend's 'torture'--we'll see how that goes. ;-)
I'm happy with any sprint that comes in under 10 min/k. I was disappointed with myself after my mp at West Point, so made sure to keep track that I was hitting all the points.
Are you heading out to the S/M/L champs in WA next month? Competition will be stiff; both Debbie N and Natalia D are already signed up in F55.
