Yes, i plan on drastically reducing the mould in my basement. But, I suppose you were talking about my smoking. I plan on drastically reducing my pre-race smoking. Unfortunately, it is not my smoking that seem to be holding back now. It is more a lack of confidence. I can move much faster, but am too worried about getting lost. I very sure that my map reading ability has improved enough that I can move a lot faster without losing contact.

maybe the pre-race "style" will call later for post race too..that will be another step on the right direction..plus you need some training in the forest beside competing- so you have no pressure of the event

you're right about that - my boot camp ends next week so I will be able to start coming to the Wed. night trainings I definitely need more training with a map. My other activities (soccer and ball hockey primarily) require no navigational skills.

do you have a map of Bechtel Park? It's right near me and a nice place to run
