Andrew, please, start thinking how to build-up your training to 10 hours per week on average. Ask help from knowledgable grownups. From your current base of 5 hours it should take ~ 2 years. Nice run!

Thanks for the compliments. I think part of it had to do with the poor sleep I got that morning. My routes are on route gadget which is probably the best way to see them. I would love to train 10 hours a week, but I just lack the motivation to do that much.

Yep. Great that you made time in your crazy weekend to show us how it's done!

To go with what Sergey is saying, running with XC and track team at WPI will give you access to some-- hopefully-- good coaching and running motivation in the form of teammates. I loved running in college, I think that you might like the team aspects of college running too.
