They are adorable, and it was very cute seeing the meet director also act as babysitter.

thanks guys, and special thanks to aunt Lynn and Donna for dealing with screaming. they did have have fun the vast majority of the time. I think some of their favorites were (in order): uncle Greg, riding the school bus, the playground, chasing bubbles, and sleeping (or not sleeping) in the hotel bed. honorable mention for gatorade, cookies, and dandelions.

but obviously managing them at this age is very disruptive to the usual race-day routines. luckily I have accumulated enough points to escape guilt-free for the TT weekend.
