how did your butt feel at that pace?
Daniels track workouts are based on doing them several times a week, for many weeks. The idea is to run just hard enough to get the training effect, but be rested for the next hard workout.
The butt felt ok during the workout - I would have stopped if it didn't. I keep thinking that I am favoring my injured side, but Becky didn't seem to think so.
Butt quite sore the day after, but not so bad as to prevent me from running.
