Discussion: stolen name

I see someone has stolen a DVOA name here ;) enjoy your TNTs

well I think that Herr Wilbrand might disagree about who stole what :)

I know GHO uses the same name... as for who came up with it first - know clue

GHO's trainings are on Thursdays, so I'm on fair ground there. Joseph might be turning in his grave however. I thought maybe GVOC used it as well but no. They have their WET sessions. I'm going to have to come up with a new acronym lest DVOA decides to copyright.

A few possibilities:

Tuesday Evening Action --> TEA
Tuesday Afternoon Competitive Orienteering --> TACO
Tuesday Afternoon eXercise --> TAX

Maybe I'm approaching this the wrong way...

Calgary has TNT too we originated the name haha.

I would enthusiastically attend TACO night.

I think we might have to go up the ranks and decide when each TNT started.

Thanks Ian, it is kind of catchy... unless you're hungry, which in my case would be true.

hmm, maybe our next CSU training should have Tacos for dinner afterward :)
