anti-inflamatory gel (like voltaren gel) but it actually stops stuff hurting. works quick enough to get you through a run, and seems to have helped reduced the severity of the injury over the last week (despite training, and not enough stretching/icing etc). over here its on the shelf at the pharmacy.

Feldene is piroxicam. All the anti-inflammatories are pretty close cousins but I reckon people are more likely to get a rash from Voltaren (diclofenac) which is not as effective anyway. I do notice that I bruise more easily if I overuse any of these because they are relatives of aspirin which is a blood thinner. The warnings to asthmatics about anti-inflammatories also apply when using gel/creams.

My physio is my favourite friend (mostly)!

atm feldene is both cheaper and more effective than my physio. also like not taking anti-inflam tabs.
