Yeah, well I was too lazy to do my 15 minutes of core exercises before bed last night. Gotta keep tabs on that

Just a bit of biking in the basement this evening, then tomorrow I'm taking the day off from work and heading up to MA to run long and slow with the GPS to map a trail network at a scout camp I'm doing an orienteering workshop for on the 13th. Light day Friday and then heading up to the Frozen Fat Ass 50K for Saturday.
