Try a zip lock baggie.

That's what I was figuring on.... thanks...

baggie worked just fine this AM - particularly after I removed the camera strap and replaced it with the thin lanyard from one of my USB sticks. The strap that came with the camera isn't terribly bulky but its made of a faux leather material that made it harder to stow the camera. The USB lanyard is very minimal, but serves its purpose of securing the camera.
