About he pizza that is. Often workout induced, it usually gets combined with wanting to eat cookies and other things. Later on then when I'm shocked at how much I weigh I stop or eventually it gets hot and the pounds melt off again until fall. It's been a long time since I could fly through almost 4 hours of cycling but I'd like to know that feeling again.
I wouldn't call today's pace flying, but it was stiff enough that I probably could eat pizza. However, I was able to sate myself on a salad and sandwich. Stay tuned for new improved G readings tomorrow!
