Is this one of those trainings where you do the interval uphill just running and then orienteer on the way down as recovery? It sounds like fun (well, fun is a relative word), can I join you next time you do it?
Yeah, I guess, although I never read about it before. Found it on Anna Forsberg's log awhile ago.
