Good run Rob. Is that first time under 70mins? I could fix you a late entry to Göteborgs Varvet Half -marathon in the middle of May if you fancy it - 53000 people entered, one of the worlds biggest races.
You see a fair few Loughborough boys ran the race, including the winner - he used to do intervals with us down the track back in the day.....

Hey Dids - good to hear from you. The race was a pb and first time under 70 minutes so pretty chuffed. I noticed a few familiar faces from back in the day...made me wish I had done more cross countries and stuff with the athletics club. I looked at the Half Mara in Goteborg but it will be too soon after the marathon for me. It looks class.
