I said I need to do some endurance (read aerobic) training, not bang my head against a brick wall of swell and wind going at 50kmh!
Seriously, still not strong enough to go upwind without digging deeply into the anaerobic zone.

I agree with Tooms - you don't have to paddle FAST upwind, I certainly don't when I'm heading out at Sand Trax. Sometimes it's OK to go slow ya know.;-)

Someone is going to gutterise that aren't they. . . hopefully I have pre-empted that!!
